Mission Statement
The Mercy Endures Foundation is a nonprofit outreach ministry dedicated to empowering and restoring women through Christ-centered teaching, trauma-informed care, community outreach, and mentorship. We provide support through counseling, education, mentorship, clothing closets, and community partnerships. We walk with women as they heal, grow, and reclaim their God-given identity and purpose.
Vision Statement
Our vision is a world where every woman experiences the enduring mercy of Christ, finds healing from trauma, and walks in spiritual, emotional, and holistic wholeness. Mercy Endures Foundation strives to build communities where churches, clinicians, and women unite to create safe, restorative spaces—empowering women to rise, thrive, and live anchored in truth, freedom, and purpose.
Why We Focus on Women
Women are uniquely created in the image of God (Genesis 1:27), designed to reflect His love, nurture, and wisdom. Scripture calls women to embrace their identity and purpose in Christ, yet today many face challenges that threaten their spiritual, emotional, and mental well-being, including:
• Motherhood and family responsibilities that can feel overwhelming.
• Depression, anxiety, and trauma, often hidden beneath societal expectations.
• Struggles with identity and purpose, particularly in a world that distorts God’s design for femininity.
• Relational issues, including marriage, family dynamics, and friendships that carry emotional burdens.
• Challenges with purity and sexual boundaries, navigating pressures in a culture that often distorts God’s plan for holiness.
• Pain from abortion, miscarriage, or other losses, which can bring grief and spiritual confusion.
• Carrying the weight of the family, emotionally and spiritually, often at the expense of their own wellness.
Through outreach and mentorship, we help women…
• Reclaim their identity and purpose in Christ.
• Heal from trauma, grief, anxiety, relational conflict, and struggles with purity through prayer, Scripture, and God’s truth.
• Restore their God-given femininity, embracing the design God placed in them to nurture, lead, and serve.
• Grow spiritually, emotionally, and mentally to walk confidently in the calling God has placed on their lives.
We believe that when women are healed and restored in Christ, families, churches, and communities flourish.
Our Services Include:
• Individual Christian Counseling: A directory connecting women with trusted, licensed Christian counselors who offer trauma-informed, faith-based therapy. Services are available on a sliding scale to ensure affordability and access for all.
• Pastoral Consultation: Support and guidance for pastors and ministry leaders to strengthen their ability to care for women within their congregations.
• Support Groups for Women: Safe, nurturing spaces focused on healing, forgiveness, and spiritual growth.
• Truth & Advocacy: Empowering women through bible study and teaching, to find their voice and live in alignment with biblical truth.
• Post-Abortion Recovery: Compassionate, confidential support to help women experience emotional and spiritual healing.
• Women’s Wellness Workshops: Integrating faith, mental health, and holistic wellness to promote balance and restoration.
• Speaking Events: Educational and inspirational speaking engagements for churches, conferences, and community organizations on topics such as faith, emotional healing, women’s wellness, sexual purity and trauma recovery.
• Church & Community Partnerships: Collaborating with churches and local organizations to expand access to Christ-centered mental health resources.

Founder’s Story | Mercy Endures
Constance Cosby is the founder of Mercy Endures, a nonprofit outreach ministry that aims to empower women in the community through evangelism, support groups, mentoring, clothing closets, and Christ-rooted mental health support. Constance created Mercy Endures Foundation to reflect the truth that God’s mercy heals, restores, and renews lives. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and trauma therapist who, through her own life experiences, encountered Jesus in the midst of deep brokenness—and was radically transformed. Before fully surrendering her life to Christ, Constance describes herself as a lukewarm Christian—never truly discipled and not yet giving God her full “yes.” Throughout her life and educational journey, she endured abuse, oppression, abortions, substance use, depression, and anxiety. Coming from a family of unbelievers and generational trauma, destructive patterns continued to repeat. In an effort to understand pain and healing, Constance turned to education. She returned to school, eventually leaving her job to start a private practice focused on women’s issues and trauma-informed care. While professionally successful, she secretly compartmentalized her life—hiding pain, masking wounds, and continuing down a path that led to deeper brokenness. Yet even in that season, her heart burned for women. She saw their suffering because she felt it. She knew the weight of trauma, shame, and silence—and she longed to help.
It was in one of the darkest moments of her life that Constance encountered Jesus—not religion, not routine, but a Savior. Through repentance, deliverance, and being baptized in the Holy Spirit, she experienced a warmth, closeness, and mercy she had never known. She realized she needed a Savior, not just coping skills. His mercy led her to obedience, healing, and true freedom. Her favorite scripture, Luke 7:47, reflects her testimony: “Whoever has been forgiven much, loves much.” After deliverance and deep inner healing, the Lord placed a calling on Constance’s heart—to serve His daughters and bring healing to women who are bound by trauma, generational curses, and strongholds of the mind. From that calling, Mercy Endures was born. Mercy Endures exists to remind women that God still cares, that His mercy is available, and that healing is possible. The ministry is rooted in the belief that mental healing and deliverance are the children’s bread, and that Jesus desires wholeness for His people. Scripture tells us to renew our minds daily, and Constance is committed to leading women to Christ and walking alongside women on that journey. Through biblical truth, therapeutic support, community resources, and outreach, Mercy Endures creates a safe place for women to heal spiritually and emotionally. Jesus and therapy work together to renew the mind, break strongholds, and restore identity. God loves His daughters—and His mercy endures forever.
